Discounted Licenses are not eligible for any type of refund.
When the License includes the Implementation Cost, it is assumed that 40% of the License Price accounts for Implementation Costs, which is not refundable. The balance of the 60% for the License Price could be 50% refundable.
These conditions apply: If the License Price was paid in full.
Applicable only before 120 days from start date or earlier.
They had completed at least 30 days of Driver Payrolls.
Monthly Licenses or Monthly Maintenance fees are never refundable.
